Design (Architectural + Structural)

Production of construction drawings and interior designs turns the client's brief into ready-to-build plan with the assurance that their project will meet the latest planning and building standard. Our design team will work with you to develop a concept design that leads to a detailed architectural design. At this stage, several changes are possible until you are 100% satisfied with the concept. Our designer utilises Revit software with the capability to produce a 3D view of the concept design that allows a walk-through. After the walk-through, you can make all necessary changes before creating a detailed architectural drawing. A detailed architectural drawing is also known as "a working drawing", which the structural engineer and quantity surveyor uses to produce structural drawings and a bill of quantities (cost schedule). Also, our provision of structural drawing ensures that architectural design look great and is built to last.
